How you will make an impact?

Materials and Structural Analysis Division Sales and Services Certified Business Leader will be responsible for the incoming refurbishment, manufacturing and outgoing product sales for our mature products organization. This position will also be responsible for the full operations to include: marketing, finance, supply chain, global sales and business. The incumbent will need both sales and operations experience. Leadership and Manufacturing experience. Demonstrated success in building an organization from ground up in the manufacturing, setting strategy and sales of large capital equipment.

What will you do?

  • Establish and grow a scalable operations for manufacturing and sales
  • Supply chain management and sourcing for capital equipment refurbishment and upgrades
  • Driving the growth of a P&L greater than 50 million
  • Product manufacturing; facilities management, build manufacturing capacity and supply chain.
  • Lead and drive business at a global scale
  • Direct Sales operations and coordinating of strategies with business units.
  • Sales channel, sales enablement, outbound and inbound.
  • Marketing strategy, campaign and business development.
  • Operations and engineering – reengineering upgrade paths to sustain and expand product life cycle

How will you get here?


  • Minimum educational requirement: Bachelors degree in Business Management or engineering/technical degree. MBA degree preferred.
Experience, knowledge, skills, abilities:
  • Proven ability and experience in building leading and growing refurbishment business within the Capital equipment industry
  • 15 years of experience driving a enterprise wide business.
  • Entrepreneurship skills
  • People leader with a proven track record of building organizations across multiple functions and locations
  • Manufacturing and operations experience required
  • Past experience leading teams across multiple functions
  • Experience thriving within a matrix organization
  • Influencing Stakeholders
  • Sales operational leadership is desirable
