Bilingual Customer Service Representative
As an Customer Service Representative (“CSR”), you will be a vital contributor to a team dedicated to making a difference for our customers. Our Online CSRs know all about our products and use that knowledge to work enthusiastically and compassionately with customers day-in and day-out to serve their financial needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work to meet your team's sales goals by selling loan products to consumers, obtaining referrals, and more.
Develop customer relationships over the phone and provide unrivaled customer service in order to build new business, maintain profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition.
Maintain customer information in the Point of Sale system with integrity to ensure transactions and private details remain protected.
Interact with and perform transactions with customers via phone, following up on sales leads generated by various online entities and answering customer inquiries.
Work to meet sales and conversion goals by successfully selling our products to interested consumers, while also providing an exceptional customer experience.
Answer hotline inquiries and develop strong customer relationships to help build new business sources and increase profitability.
Uphold compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Perform account management functions which will include direct calls to customers possibly multiple times a day.
Work in partnership with Online General Manager and Online Store Manager on title audit activity.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Sales-oriented mentality and passion for customer service
- Excellent verbal phone skills and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks with ease
- Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Associate's Degree or higher
