POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the assessment of patient needs and the selection, instruction and troubleshooting of appropriate Enterostomal and Wound Care products and/or services provided to meet those needs. Work with staff development coordinating training in areas of expertise. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Licenses and Certifications Required Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure. Board Certified as WOC(ET) nurse by the Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nursing Certification Board (WOCBCB.) Current ND or other state drivers license, required. Educational Requirements Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, required. Official diploma or transcript from the school/university from where Degree was received. Experience Requirements Two # four years of relevant and recent nursing experience required. Special Skills or Training Requirements Ability to apply principles of learning to age specific group. Ability to apply principles of pathophysiology and treatment in areas of expertise to age specific group.
