Job Description Directs the activities for a Community Banking Region with overall performance responsibility for consumer and business banking as well as other related banking focuses within the region. Leads a team of retail and business banking leaders and others who are responsible for developing, managing and retaining customer relationships for sustained and profitable growth. Provides strategic direction and leadership to obtain objectives of the region. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
- Twelve or more years of banking/business banking lending experience
- Six or more years of management experience Preferred Skills/Experience
- Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Thorough knowledge of commercial banking/division and relation to industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
