The role:

We're building out our sales team in Scottsdale, AZ and we're looking for a tech-savvy and experienced sales leader to head our team, working closely with both channel partners and direct customers. Our company is growing fast and this position offers significant growth potential. You will be expected to drive revenues against individual quotas and team targets.


You will be expected to:

  • Lead, develop and manage a team of sales professionals who are customer centric, collaborative and accountable
  • Be data driven in setting, managing and achieving your team's sales goals through daily and weekly pipeline review and forecasts
  • Provide weekly insights and business status updates, conduct quarterly analyses, deduce actionable business intelligence, and formulate improvement plans
  • Represent talech's product and services to our strategic partners and build and maintain trusted relationships with the partner's sales team
  • Work collaboratively with other functional teams in the company to make sure the customer remains at the center of our product
  • Be a great team player with exceptional communication skills


Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of sales experience in the financial services industry
- Five or more years of management experience


  • 10 or more years relevant Sales experience, including 5 or more years of Sales Management
  • A proven track record of exceeding performance goals, as both an individual contributor and a team leader
  • History of successful team development: hiring, training, mentoring, and managing talented salespeople who excel in their role
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, and the ability to leverage CRM data for day-to-day productivity and efficiency management
  • Build and manage your own book of business through key partner engagement
  • Quick study on new technologies coupled with ability to work with diverse customers
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Abilities:

  • Experience working directly for or with the hospitality or retail industries
  • Experience in the payments industry
  • Experience working with POS systems
  • Experience selling cloud-based SaaS
  • Experience in a value selling environment
  • Worked in Inside Sales organization with key accounts
  • English and Spanish bilingual
