Job Description The position will support the impact measurement by developing reporting and data visualization tools, analyzing and sharing data insights, consulting on strategic measures, and collaborating with business lines to create continued improvement for data integrity.  This role provides project direction and support including research, analysis, review, development, implementation and monitoring of measurement efforts.

The Impact Data Analyst has a deep understanding of the socio-economic issues faced by low-income communities and other populations, including African American, Hispanic/Latinx, and Native American. The Analyst uses this understanding and his/her experience to support, provide recommendations and help execute strategies to enhance the Company's social responsibility efforts, including community impact, accountability and transparency, workforce, and environmental.

Additional responsibilities include compiling and analyzing information that is very detailed and often interpretive, making recommendations based on the findings and interfaces with internal and/or external resources to ensure successful completion, and implementation in accordance with business, regulatory, or client needs. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Master's degree preferred

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $75,905.00 - $89,300.00 - $98,230.00
