Responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and generating new technology leasing and loan business with average deal sizes of $500M to $10MM. Should have experience with consultative skills and comfortable meeting with Finance and IT prospects (both Bank and non-Bank customers) in the mid/ large corporate space (typical revenue size from $50MM to $1Billion +) to explain leasing services and to discuss rates and terms. Develops and negotiates lease contracts with prospects and works with the credit and contract administrations to approve/prepare loan/lease contracts.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of leasing and sales experience Preferred Skills/Experience
- Expert leasing sales, relationship management, and new business development skills
- Considerable knowledge of credit analysis and credit policies and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of contract administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
