Part Time Data Management Clerk

UPS London Hub, Stanford Le Hope Essex

You will be responsible for various administrative tasks within an office and warehouse environment. These positions will be 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility for overtime.

Shifts available:

Monday to Friday 17.45pm- 22.45pm

Your responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer and other UPS facilities queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Liaising effectively between various UPS Departments
  • Providing data and releasing shipments for the Hub in a timely manner.
  • Investigating and reporting to the Hub to assist with query resolution
  • Responsible for any additional task given.
  • Ensuring that package meet export requirements
  • Ensuring that Hold packages and Non X-ray packages do not go out of the hub
  • Ensure that packages are correctly handled and stored to avoid damage. Continual lifting, lowering and sliding packages that typically weigh 5 –25kgs.
  • General admin duties using various UPS systems

What you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast pace, time specific and targets
  • Work well in a team.
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Self-motivated and well organized.
  • Polite, professional confident manner.
  • Some experience in a similar work environment
