Description

Veritude is hiring for an Administrative Coordinator at Fidelity Investments. This position will be based in Boston, MA.

The administrative staff at Fidelity plays a vital role in the company's success, and those individuals serving in these positions are recognized by their colleagues as key members of their group, department, or organizational team.

In this versatile and highly visible role, you will provide comprehensive support as a Site Lead on the Shared Administrative Services (SAS) team within Asset Management Technology (AM Tech). To perform these duties effectively, you will need to learn about the team goals, as well as understand the priorities of our business partners across Asset Management. We are looking for a great teammate who will develop strong working relationships with other site leads.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Point person for site management; includes onboarding and offboarding of new associates, liaison with desktop support and other service providers
  • Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of associates, including Hiring Managers; provide exceptional customer service skills in person and over the phone to site based and visiting associates
  • Management and governance of space including conference room upkeep, liaison with Corporate Real Estate (FREC), kitchen staff, and mail room service providers
  • Handle administrative projects
  • Independently problem solve and follow documentation to complete process based tasks
  • Build relationship and work closely with Office Manager on strategic initiatives; provide timely status updates and manage project from start to finish
  • Professional demeanor and ability to communicate openly with other site leads to ensure best practices are up to date and adhered to, share information, and further streamline processes
  • Handle timely communication of information across the organization and SAS team
  • Compile, analyze and report data using SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
Education and Experience
  • A bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or, 4 years of work experience in an administrative, project management, or customer service role
