In this role, you will provide technical support for the Workday HR processes. You will also provide support to HR and other departments to identify project parameters and output requirements. You will maintain field set up in Workday, review employee and manager self-service processes, and maintain organization structures. You will also partner with Senior Analyst to gather business requirements for HR automation (e.g., benefits, employee data, payroll, etc.) and devise procedures to solve through use of the Workday system.
Perform mass data updates utilizing EIB process.
Develop reports using Workday tools for delivery to internal and external entities.
Assist team in testing upgrades and configuration changes to the system.
Research production problems and provided appropriate responses.
Maintain complete documentation on system processes and procedures.
Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years relevant experience required.
Demonstrated professional experience supporting large scale HRIS Systems (e.g., People Soft, Lawson, Oracle, SAP, Workday).
Experience with Workday Core HR and Workday reporting required.
Knowledge of custom fields, calculated fields, and business processes.
Workday Recruiting or Benefits modules desired.
Excellent customer service, written and oral communications skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
Advanced computer proficiency with associated programs such as word processing, email, spreadsheet, and project management.
Ability to respond to changing demands, priorities, procedures, and technology.
Estimated Hiring Range:$75,100.00 - $111,700.00
