In this role, you will support the development and delivery of advisory services in an effort to improve patient safety, health care quality and outcomes. You will lead program objectives and department projects.
Orient new members to patient safety final rule requirements, licensed providers privilege, confidentiality protections, and patient safety activities delivered by Vizient.
Facilitate weekly huddles for affinity groups, leading practice teams, safe table meetings, power learnings and safety webinars.
Prepare individualized feedback reports with comparative data and evidence based recommendations, alerts, and tool kits.
Present findings at internal and national meetings.
Continuously improve member engagement in patient safety activities.
Relevant degree preferred.
7 or more years of relevant experience working within health care required.
Experience in patient safety, performance improvement and quality required.
Experience working with clinicians and senior leaders required.
Excellent writing and team facilitation skills.
Estimated Hiring Range:$99,300.00 - $147,700.00
