Role Summary:

85% Ensure VWGoA production purchase materials. Purchasing Analyst will provide support to the Commodity Management team to track market trends and establish a database for Business plan. 15% provide administrative support to the COM Management Team Role Responsibilities: NAR RESPONSIBILITIES – 100% of time Purchasing EKL responsibility (45%)
  • Insure timely processing and purchase order issuance, of low-spend items (B/C parts)
  • Represent VWGoA at Purchasing and Industry functions
  • Coordination and tracking Commodity activities
  • Consolidate and follow up progress of Business plan of Commodities Purchasing results
  • Analyze supply base and competition with reference to price, service, and quality
ECR coordination (20%)
  • Head of ECR tracking meeting purchasing
  • Monitoring the evaluation status of ECR in case due date and responsibility
  • Review the change request status matching Audit requirements
  • Ensure regular meeting to coordinate the change request activities
Commodity Meeting (20%)
  • Participation and presentation on production purchasing meetings
  • Secure Agenda and Meeting minutes of the COM-Manager Meeting
  • Follow up task and monitor activities of purchaser fulfillment
  • Monitors outstanding tasks and issues on behalf of Senior Management.
Provide administrative support (15%) Acts as mail administrator for department, orders office supplies, maintains office supply cabinet/resources, and prepares OA, catering, and other requests as required. #LI-RA1

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional Executive Administrative experience preferably within automotive industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or business related field or equivalent
