About Wealth and Investment Management

Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) provides a full range of personalized wealth management, investment and retirement products and services to clients across U.S. based businesses including Wells Fargo Advisors, The Private Bank, Abbot Downing, Wells Fargo Institutional Retirement and Trust, and Wells Fargo Asset Management.


About The Role

Responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding financial products and services.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing routine to complex transactions on-line, researching and resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquiries and referring difficult problems to more senior representatives.
  • May cross-sell or refer products, account maintenance, report generation, and project work.

Market Skills and Certifications

  • Completed 2 years of tertiary education
  • 1 year of Customer Service Experience in the contact center industry
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office Skills
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedules
  • Amenable to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
