About the Role:
Enterprise Information Security organization has a new opportunity in the Enterprise Access Management team to work on the Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team.


  • Provides Identity/Access management within Application/Active directory/Mainframe environment. Provisions and de-provisions requests submitted through various request tools.

  • Provides basic technical support for routine security-related issues.

  • Maintains familiarity with internal departmental and bank procedures and policies.

  • Identifies ways to streamline and automate access management processes to ensure consistency, reduce errors, reduce cycle time, and minimize audit/gap issues.

  • Performs periodic review of existing documentation to ensure current understanding of processes and procedures making updates/changes as necessary.

  • Assists with Merger Integration and other project efforts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher with at least 1 year of information security/system administration experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively to audiences with varying degrees of Information Security knowledge.

  • Must have hands-on experience on security platforms or products like Active Directory, TopSecret, etc.

  • Possess hands-on user provisioning experience on any security platform.

  • Strong customer service focus and clear commitment to corporate goals

  • Develops and maintains familiarity with bank procedures and policies

  • Proactive in identifying gaps and help the team in streamlining process

  • Flexible to work in shifts & be available for business meetings/team deliverables outside of ones shift

  • Collaborates with extended team for joint deliverables

Market Skills and Certifications

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to identify and contribute towards mitigating risk.

  • May provide support for testing, emergencies, installations, and conversions. May assist in audit compliance projects

  • Good to have understanding on SLA, KPI and CSFs

  • Coaching skills to help the team explore ideas and make them successful
