Market Job Description
Act as a single point of contact for team members and managers in the assigned functions.
Build strong business relationships with internal clients.
Advise team members and line managers on HR programs, policies and procedures
Lead and participate in discussions regarding the implementation of change management strategies with the senior leadership team
Provide counseling and guidance to managers and team members on employment issues as appropriate
Coach and counsel on Wells Fargo business unit and HR policies and practices
Assist with processing residence scoring application and Hukou application for required team members
Learning & Development / Performance Consulting
Partner with the Learning and Development team to identify, analyze and deliver appropriate and cost effective business unit specific job skills training/education to maximize productivity
Employ performance consulting tools and methodologies to determine team member performance needed to drive business results
Responsible for ensuring compliance required by country-specific law and local governing bodies
Implement the administration of HR policies and procedures within the business unit and ensures compliance with local laws
Responsible for ensuring all required statutory reporting is completed as per the state & country legal requirements
Responsible for ensuring the residence visa and work visa is compliant with the PRC labour bureau requirements for needed team members
HR Data & Technology Management:
Partner with centralized HR functions to leverage HRIS data mining and reporting capabilities
Present reports to leadership teams regarding key performance indicators to support decision making
Identify and recommend solutions and alternatives to resolve problems
Other project assignments from Regional HR Director and HR Manager
Market Skills and Certifications
BA or BS degree, preferably in a subject related to Business or Human Resource Management
6-8 years of relevant HR experience in a client facing, consultative role
Proven human resources consulting skills
Demonstrated management development skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization
Fluency in Mandarin and excellent English communication skills are required.
Detailed understanding of the Labour Law of the People's Republic of China
Managerial skills: motivation, influence, coaching, relationship building, strong communication skills
Characteristics: Drive, integrity, sound judgment, adaptability, creativity, results driven, resilient, resourceful, can-do attitude, organized
IT Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency, Excel and PowerPoint are essential
