Customer Service Reps

Pay rate: $16/hour
Experience required: 2-3 years RELATED experience, banking preferred.
Summary of Customer Service job:
- Handling over the phone interactions with the goal of providing exceptional service to consumers
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, including but not limited to: website navigation, debit card declines, transaction and balance information, and basic Health Savings Account Navigation
-Support Basic internal processes as assigned by a supervisor
- Use judgement to mitigate risk to the bank while balancing the needs of the customer
- Perform problem resolution by addressing customer complaints, discrepancies, requests and inquiries, offering smart solutions to meet customer needs
- Submit work items to complete customer requests interacting with multiple online systems with customers.
- Participate in team meetings, regular training and ongoing feedback and coaching sessions for continuous growth and development.
Customer Service requirements:
Banking experience is preferred
Customer service experience REQUIRED (2-3 years, from a call center, banking, financial industry, insurance, etc.)
Must have excellent communication skills, including patience and good listening skills!
Must be able to use basic MS Office- Word, Excel and Outlook
Must have accurate data entry skills, with a score of 5000 or better
Must be willing and eager to learn, extensive paid training provided!
High School Diploma required, College education a plus
