Term: Mid January- End of April
- Answering the phone, directing calls, and taking messages
- Assisting with walk-in customers
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Scanning, filing, and sorting documents
- Assisting accountant with clerical tasks
- Great customer service!
- Office/receptionist experience is a plus
