WinnCompanies is searching for an organized and customer service-focused Receptionist to join our team in Rochester, NY. In this role, your primary responsibility is to assist callers, visitors and personnel and greet visitors.
Perform receptionist duties to include answer, direct, transfer and assist callers
Assist the Human Resources (HR) department with administrative functions and projects
Assist property management personnel with special projects
Maintain up-to-date information displayed on HR bulletin board located in hallway
Back up for courier position
Assist with coordination of new hire orientation training
Process external applications received. Send acknowledgement letters. Screen and log qualified applicants in applicant database. Maintain applicant database and applicant files (closed & hold files)
Attend weekly team meetings and trainings as requested
Maintain confidentiality of all personnel-related issues
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills are a must.
Ability to meet deadlines and interact in a positive working relationship with personnel on all levels.
Have working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and Microsoft Office Access.
Be able to handle incoming phone calls to the main line and multi-task.
