The Knowledge Systems Team at Xilinx is seeking an intern to assist with measurement, metrics, and analysis of Xilinx operational data. The primary goal of this position is to generate insights into the effectiveness of online technical content in solving customer issues. The ideal candidate will be passionate about using data to answer challenging questions and meticulous about data integrity. Key tasks will involve:
  • Learn the high level structure of the Xilinx support website and customer use cases
  • Analyze and present data regarding online support resource usage and effectiveness
  • Design and execute data collection, cleansing and repeatable analysis processes

  • Demonstrated experience using data analysis principles and techniques
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently on projects
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Skills working with Python, ML, APIs preferred

Currently, pursuing an Undergrad or Master's degree

Start date: May/June 2020

Duration: 3 months (Full-time/40 hours per week)
