BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an HR executive to lead people and culture strategies for our Corporate Enterprise Support Services.

We are currently seeking an experienced human resources professional to fill the position of Senior Strategic Talent Partner for our Corporate Enterprise Support Services. The Senior Strategic Talent Partner is aligned to the scope of business operations within the Enterprise Support functions and will be responsible to develop, execute and manage people strategies in a way that enables the business units to meet strategic objectives and align with the overall organization.
The Senior Strategic Talent Partner will supervise a team of Strategic Talent Partners who will coach and advise operational leaders to execute talent management strategy for their aligned business divisions and offices. This Senior Strategic Talent Partner will be accountable for helping to define business requirements and develop and execute a people and culture plan that is aligned to the BAYADA people strategy and consistent with The BAYADA Way.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA Home Health Care and The BAYADA Way.
- Serve as an internal consultant that can translate business strategies and objectives into a people and culture agenda that helps drive positive business performance
- Lead complex change and organizational transformation across Enterprise Support functions in alignment with business strategy.
- Collaborate with the business for the creation a high-performance culture by creating and implementing team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.
- Apply Leadership and Talent development tools to drive organization and team performance
- Optimize technology as it applies to people and culture processes within the Enterprise Support functional units.
- Partner with operational leaders and with Enterprise People CoE to create a recruiting/talent development pipeline aligned to growth plans.
- Create a talent strategy informed by Enterprise goals & objectives that can be executed and delivered locally.
- Align people and culture strategies with business strategies; ensure strong collaboration of operational leadership, Enterprise People Leadership Team, and Enterprise People CoEs.
- Responsible to build and maintain trusting positive relationships with all levels across BAYADA and the Enterprise Support functional offices.
- Acts as a coach and advisor to the Enterprise Support leadership on talent development and performance management opportunities.
- Identifies and integrates key HR initiatives including talent management, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, employee experience, team effectiveness and compensation reviews.
- Collaborates strategically and in partnership with the Enterprise Talent Development and Learning COE to develop and implement focused workforce strategies ensuring alignment with both Practice and Enterprise objectives.
- Identifies training needs and gaps and as needed, assist with training development and facilitation of training, including ad hoc skill builders or formal classroom.
- Participates in annual Strategic Workforce Planning process and partners with business leadership and COEs to create Individual Development Plans and functional talent review action plans.
- Accountable for selection, performance and career development of Strategic Talent Partners.
- Coach, mentor and develop Strategic Talent Partners.
- Perform role-related travel responsibilities as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in HR related field preferred.
- Ten (10)+ years' experience in people management, talent development and leadership.
- A minimum of 5 years' of experience managing HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational development, and HR management.
- Five (5)+ years as CHRO or VP of HR in an employee intensive, geographically decentralized business (multi-state, multi-site.)
- One or more certifications in related HR disciplines: PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, CEBS
- Track record of successfully developing employees/teams at various levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility at all levels within an organization.
- Strong internal and external customer service focus.
- Ability to influence and drive change of people and culture leadership.
- Experience implementing talent management best practices.
- Strong intellect, business acumen, collaborative style and relationship building skills.
- Exhibits strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills to formulate strategic goals.
- Demonstrates a track record to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion, good judgement, and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Exhibits strong organizational and interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and strategic insight.
