For this internship opportunity, we are looking for a student or recent graduate who can start immediately and work 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5 PM. You will be responsible for assigned duties and projects as well as supporting the office needs, and assists the Supervisor, Manager, or Director with the goals of the Compensation office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
- Work with the Director and staff to provide support for the office's overall goals and functions.
- Perform related duties, or as required or requested by Supervisor, Manager, or Director.
- Provide telephone support and assist callers by placing them into voicemail and processing telephone messages.
- Greet visitors to the office and exemplifies strong customer service skills.
Minimum Qualifications:

- Upper-class status in a four-year college degree program or a recent graduate.
- Acts proactively and demonstrates strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Good analytical skills.
- Solid written and verbal presentation skills.
- Uses good judgment and makes independent decisions based on work or educational experience in relation to job duties.
- Solves problems with effective solutions. Asks good questions and probes all available sources for answers. Looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answer.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office products, with demonstrated competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
