BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced health care manager to fill the position of Director of Regional Field Recruiting. This position will cover offices for both North Carolina and Pennsylvania. This position is for our Habilitation Practice. Habilitation services and supports children and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Position Highlights:
- Serve as the senior leader within field recruiting for their assigned region and is responsible for creating and implementing sustainable strategic talent acquisition solutions.
- Work to increase the organization's recruiting capacity and strive to establish BAYADA as the employer of choice within their market.
- Serve as the strategic advisor and business partner to both senior leadership and service office staff for field employee recruitment, retention, and experience.
As Director you will:
- Oversee all full-cycle field employee recruiting, retention, and experience programs for assigned region.
- Assess and evaluate current service office recruitment process and practices, and provide coaching as needed.
- Build relationships with key internal audiences and manage assigned customer group. Establish and maintain on-going communication cadences with hiring and recruiting managers to foster a consistent flow of information.
- Serve as the lead representative and subject matter expert of field recruiting in dialogue with regional customers and hiring managers.
- Champion newly implemented changes and recruitment strategies throughout the organization for assigned region.
- Develop creative and innovative talent acquisition strategies and sustainable retention plans to assist field offices in building ongoing pipelines of qualified candidates to ensure current and future talent needs are met.
- Partner with office and divisional directors to develop a framework for Hiring, training, developing, supervising, directing, and coaching recruiters to foster ongoing development and ensure performance targets are met.
- Review and analyze recruiting metrics (time to hire, pipeline ratio, retention, etc.), data, and current market trends to support development of recruiting strategies and leverage reporting to make informed business decisions.
- Provide strategic leadership and coaching to recruiting managers, employee service managers, directors, divisional directors, and regional directors on recruitment and retention best practices.
- In partnership with office and divisional directors, evaluate, establish, and maintain goals for the Recruiting Managers.
- Participate in the assessment and selection of Recruiting Managers through coordination and consultation of hiring managers throughout the pre-hire process.
Qualifications:
- Four (4) year college degree.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in full life cycle recruiting or related experience.
- Two (2) to four (4) years of managerial experience, in health care and/or recruiting.
- A solid understanding of recruiting metrics and how they drive performance.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and develop other recruiters.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Prior experience gathering and analyzing data, strong self-management skills with a focus on results and customer service.
- Excellent recruiting skills and in-depth understanding of behavioral-based interview and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Experience with multiple sourcing channels, consultation and influence skills.
- Experience recruiting Habilitation technicians, qualified developmental disabilities professionals (QDDPs) CNAs and HHAs.
- Ability to travel 25 to 30% throughout 6 North Carolina offices and 6 Pennsylvania offices.
