OverviewThe Employee Relations Coordinator will support LHC Group Business Partners and Human Resources team with employee relations cases, investigations, and separations. Partnering with field managers and division leadership will be a key function of this position.

It's all about helping people.Additional Details- Manages individual employee relations cases, from incident report through final disposition. Is responsible to ensure that all cases are properly documented and is responsible for issuing complete reports and recommendations to Senior Management.
- Proactively w orks to address employee relations issues through strategic management
- Provides consultation to managers and staff members throughout the company as needed regarding policy interpretation and administration as w ell as issues that arise in the w orkplace.Oversees all employee relations services and assists the Director of Human Resources in maintaining a pro-active employee relations environment on an on-going basis.
- Responds to and investigates complaints involving complex employment matters for union and non union employees. Prepares comprehensive investigation reports w hich include recommendations for complaint resolution.Advises on matters related to supervision of direct reports and provides oversight to managers in the areas of coaching and counseling of their direct reports as needed.
- Makes recommendations on employee relations administration policy andConducts ongoing analysis of employee relations data to identify trends and determine levels of staff satisfaction in order to create and develop programs and initiatives that w ill support strategic efforts to create an ideal work environment.
