The Vice President of Sales provides sales leadership and home office presence within internal and external customer base and communicates company direction and goals to the sales team while able to coach, direct and set sales strategies to achieve admit and census goals. Expectations are: growing profitable business and developing all members of the sales force into high performing sales consultants through motivation, constructive feedback, and recognition and coordinating and completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long range objectives of the company. This position also acts as a liaison between Growth Support Team and other departments throughout the company.
