  • Own the HPi ANZ go‑to‑market strategy across Enterprise, Government, Education, SMB/MM, and Consumer segments
  • Partner with AMD country sales teams to drive end‑customer bids, POCs, channel opportunities, and retail expansion
  • Maintain strong sales discipline, including pricing governance and a rolling four‑quarter sell‑through forecast in SFDC
  • Manage quarterly CMF/MDF investments in partnership with HPi, ensuring measurable ROI
  • Establish and lead quarterly business reviews with HPi sales leadership and AMD executives
  • Collaborate with AMD business units, pre‑sales, and marketing to enable efficient execution and growth initiatives
  • Identify and progress new market opportunities, including design‑in engagements
  • Analyze market trends, pipeline health, and win/loss performance to inform strategy and risk management

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Results‑driven leader with a strong competitive mindset and sound commercial judgment
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain high‑performing teams across multiple locations
  • Executive‑level presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally

  • Deep understanding of the ANZ customer and partner ecosystem
  • Willingness to travel domestically, with occasional international travel
  • Proven success in a comparable leadership role within technology or semiconductors
  • Strong sell‑through and sell‑out experience with ingredient brands
