JOB DETAILS:

• Location: City, Province/State, Country
• Onsite/Hybrid: This role requires the student to work full time ( hours a week), either in a hybrid or onsite or remote work structure throughout the duration of the co-op/intern term.
• Duration: Month-Date-Year to Month-Date-Year. (Feel free to change it to other country/region specific date format for better candidate experience)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

We are seeking highly motivated Engineering intern/co-op to join our team. In this role –

• 3-4 key responsibilities of the job in bulleted format
• Listing responsibilities in order of importance
• List not to be extensive, but focusing on the main or meaningful responsibilities
• Avoiding corporate jargon or anything that will have applicants guessing
• Add any learning outcomes
• Focus on we statements and use words like we/you/your in sentences to personalize the responsibilities and create a sense of collaboration. Example –

  • We will train you to…
  • Your responsibility will include …

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 5-6 key bullet points
• Start with education requirements (degree, major, etc.)
  • Adding seniority level in education that we are looking for (you are in your senior/3rd/4th year of bachelor's degree)
  • avoid using the “accredited” word before the university
• Add specific technical requirements for the job.
• Avoid soft skills like "excellent written and verbal communication skills.”
• Avoid requirements that can be learned in less than a week, like "Ability to use Gmail.”
