THE ROLE:

The role is based in Penang, Malaysia, and requires full-time employment for the duration of the Graduate Trainee Program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking highly motivated Information Technology fresh graduates to join our team. In this role –

• You will have the opportunity to participate in automating data integration between SuccessFactors and third-party systems to understand the concepts and processes of data integration.
• Training will be provided to support HR AI Agent enhancements, with a focus on improving search functions.
• Tasks related to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UIPath for HR processes will also be assigned. 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrated proficiency in coding with UIPath or Python will be a plus point.
• Experience working with artificial intelligence is considered advantageous.
• Candidates should be adaptable to acquiring new skill sets, as well as flexible in embracing evolving business models and processes.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Preferred academic backgrounds include Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Software Engineering.
