The Graphic Designer will be responsible for analyzing Microsoft Power Point content, editing the illustrations, tables, and graphics as required by

a) AMD Corporate policies to repurpose the content to align with new AMD PowerPoint templates and style guides
b) AMD Marketing team to refine the content to offer the best possible experience to targeted technical audience

The editing and repurposing will include

• Cleaning up the slides to improve its look and feel
• Removing specific key words in the PowerPoint slides
• Updating headers and footnotes and fixing graphics
• Tweaking animations and text which may get broken because of migrating to new templates
• Editing technical content to align better with the overall slide
• Modifying heavy block diagrams to improve its structure and alignment by using minimal gradient, beveling and clean eye path wherever possible
• Following Corporate Colour Palettes
• Spacing out the content over multiple slides for dense information
• Re-drawing and cropping imported figures from other sources to fit the slide
• Grouping/re-grouping related chunks of information to enhance the flow of content
• Updating text fonts, bullets, captions and callouts to offer excellent visual appeal
• Using alignment and “grid” like structure when possible

Requirements:

EDUCATION:

• Degree in Multimedia or Diploma in Graphic Designing
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred
• Must be fluent in English

EXPERIENCE:

• 6-8 years of corporate experience in Graphic Designing
• Experience in creating content using Microsoft PowerPoint is a must
• Working with an international team
