Overview

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) with exceptional PowerPoint storytelling skills, a technical foundation (ideally in Electrical Engineering), and the ability to translate complex data and technology into compelling executive-level narratives. This role sits at the intersection of technical marketing, visual storytelling, and executive communication — ideal for someone who can both understand the silicon and make it shine in slides.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development & Storytelling
    • Craft high-impact presentations that clearly communicate complex technical and business concepts to executive and customer audiences.
    • Distill large volumes of technical input from product managers, architects, and engineers into concise, visually engaging, and persuasive slides.
    • Develop unified messaging and visual narratives for executive reviews, internal report-outs, product launches, and keynotes.
  • Slide Design & Data Visualization
    • Build visually polished, brand-aligned PowerPoint decks that elevate content quality and storytelling impact.
    • Visualize complex data and architectures in simple, intuitive ways — translating technical information into clear graphics, flow diagrams, and infographics.
    • Maintain a consistent visual and narrative standard across executive and product-level decks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Corporate Marketing, and Executives to collect inputs and shape narratives.
    • Drive clarity from ambiguity: synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders into crisp, aligned messaging.
    • Manage version control, content alignment, and on-time delivery across multiple parallel decks and projects.
  • Messaging & Copywriting
    • Write clear, confident, and compelling marketing copy aligned with brand tone and technical credibility.
    • Support executive messaging refinement, ensuring alignment across product lines and leadership presentations.
    • Transform technical material into audience-appropriate narratives for sales, technical marketing, or investor settings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
    (Marketing/Communications experience a plus.)
  • 5+ years experience in product marketing, content strategy, or technical communications within the semiconductor, embedded, or high-tech industry.
  • Expert-level PowerPoint skills — proven ability to design clean, executive-ready decks with strong visual storytelling.
  • Strong grasp of technical concepts (SoCs, FPGAs, AI acceleration, embedded systems, etc.) and ability to communicate them at multiple audience levels.
  • Exceptional visual storytelling and data visualization skills — able to turn raw data or architecture diagrams into intuitive, memorable visuals.
  • Strong writing and editing ability for technical marketing materials, presentations, and executive communications.
  • Ability to work directly with product marketing, corporate marketing, program managers, graphic artists, and executives to extract messaging, up-level, and polish high-visibility content.
  • Portfolio required demonstrating:
    • Executive-level or customer-facing PowerPoint decks
    • Data visualization or technical storytelling examples
    • Clear evidence of up-leveled design and content quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or high-performance computing markets.
  • Familiarity with AMD/Xilinx products, FPGA, SoC, ASSP, or GPUs, or similar technologies.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and consolidating input from multiple technical experts into a cohesive, high-quality deliverable.

Attributes of the Ideal Candidate

  • Left-brain + right-brain thinker — comfortable with both data and design.
  • Obsessed with clarity, polish, and narrative flow.
  • Confident working independently while managing feedback from senior stakeholders.
  • Thrives on transforming technical depth into market-ready storytelling.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
