THE ROLE:
The Program Manager will oversee key operational initiatives supporting new product introductions, contract manufacturer (CM) onboarding, recovery center strategy, and rework program execution. This role is responsible for managing program timelines, coordinating cross-functional readiness, and ensuring alignment across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams. The position includes ownership of financial tracking, quarterly forecasting, and reconciliation processes. The Program Manager will interface with internal design, planning, and product management teams, as well as executive stakeholders and contract manufacturing partners. You will be exposed to the incredible world of Computing & 3D Graphics to learn how a piece of silicon is transformed into a cutting-edge computing solution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead program management for new product launches, ensuring readiness across manufacturing, operations, and cross-functional partners.
- Manage new contract manufacturer (CM) bring-up activities, including coordination, ramp planning, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee recovery center operations and strategy, ensuring effective rework, turnaround, and cost efficiency.
- Define requirements and drive execution of rework jobs, partnering with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
- Track, maintain, and forecast operating expenses throughout the quarter; identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform quarterly financial close activities, including expense reconciliation, credit validation, and alignment with finance.
- Develop and present program status updates, financial insights, and operational strategies to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cost management, process efficiency, and operational scalability.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in program management, operations or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional programs with complex operational requirements and tight timelines
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, including contract manufacturing, rework, recovery, and new product introduction (NPI) processes
- Strong financial acumen, including expense tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and reconciliation
- Ability to define and drive execution of rework and recovery strategies in collaboration with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and advanced analytics platforms (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI, SAP, KNIME)
- Familiarity with electronics or board assembly processes and manufacturing workflows
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting program updates and financial insights to leadership
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed to support program execution and CM engagement
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
