AMD is seeking a technically fluent, strategically minded Senior Solutions Marketing Manager with deep messaging expertise to architect, test, and scale narratives across personas, industries, and solutions. You'll translate AMD's full-stack portfolio (CPU, GPU, AI, software, and platform solutions across data center, client, and embedded) into crisp value propositions that win executive mindshare and drive pipeline. 

 

The Role

 

This role is perfect for a cross-functional storyteller who pairs customer-back messaging with AI-assisted content operations—using modern LLM tools and workflows to accelerate research, creation, localization, and optimization while maintaining brand voice and technical rigor. 

 

The Person

 

You'll partner closely with product marketing, solution architects, sales, comms, and campaign teams to build a coherent message architecture that shows how AMD solves real customer problems—then operationalize it through repeatable playbooks, assets, and enablement. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Own the AMD Solutions Message Architecture: Define positioning, value pillars, proof points, and objection handling across priority solutions and verticals (e.g., AI/ML, HPC, healthcare, enterprise IT, telco, public sector). 
  • Build persona-based message maps and talk tracks (CIO/CFO, CIO/CTO, ITDM, practitioner) aligned to discovery questions, outcomes, and TCO/ROI proof. 
  • Create pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, competitive traps/objection handling, and vertical versions (HPC, AI/ML, Cloud, Enterprise, Telco, Public Sector, Embedded). 
  • Own the keynote level executive narrative for priority launches and events; craft clear story arcs, proof points, and demo concepts that translate AMD's full-stack value into business outcomes. 
  • Build keynote scripts, visual storyboards, and run-of-show; direct visual/design choices so slides, demos, and on-stage transitions land a single, memorable message. 
  • Partner with executives for speaker prep (briefing docs, Q&A, objection handling) and run table-top rehearsals to tighten timing, flow, and handoffs. 
  • Localize and atomize keynote content into field-ready assets (clips, quotes, diagrams, talk tracks) using AI workflows while maintaining accuracy and brand voice. 
  • Instrument keynotes for impact: define success metrics (press/analyst picks, social lift, inbound, influenced pipeline) and capture audience feedback to refine the message. 
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align product, engineering, comms, legal, and regional teams; drive clarity on what we say, to whom, and where—on time and on brand. 
  • AI-Driven Messaging Ops: Design and run AI-assisted workflows (LLMs, prompt libraries, governance, and QA) for content atomization, variant generation by persona/industry, rapid A/B testing, localization, and SEO optimization—without compromising accuracy or brand tone. 
  • Governance & Responsible AI: Establish guidelines for AI-assisted content (quality checks, fact-verification against source docs, privacy & brand safety standards). 

 

 

Preferred Experience

 

  • Solutions/product marketing, messaging/positioning, or executive communications in B2B tech (semiconductor, systems, cloud/AI, or adjacent). 
  • Demonstrated mastery in translating complex technical inputs into crisp, customer-back narratives for exec and practitioner audiences. 
  • Solid understanding of AMD's portfolio and ecosystem (CPU, GPU, AI software/frameworks, and partner solutions). 
  • Hands-on with AI content tooling: LLMs (e.g., OpenAI/Jasper), prompt engineering, retrieval from approved knowledge sources, variant generation, and human-in-the-loop QA. 
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills; adept with presentation tools (PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe CC/Figma a plus). 
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and project management across multiple workstreams and deadlines. 
  • Comfortable synthesizing SME input and aligning executives on message trade-offs. 
  • Built message architectures for multi-product or broad portfolio solutions spanning hardware + software + partner ecosystem. 
  • Experience operationalizing AI-assisted content processes at scale (prompt libraries, style/brand guardrails, evaluation rubrics). 
  • Familiarity with major industry events (AMD Advancing AI, CES, Computex, SC, GTC, etc.) and adapting solution narratives for those audiences. 
  • Executive speechwriting or keynote narrative adaptation.
