SUMMARY

The AMD Infrastructure Design Team build tools for enhancing workflows and provide automation solutions. This team specializes in working with large data, identifying roadblocks and inefficiencies in existing ecosystems and developing Business BI) tools to remove them. As a member of AMD's System IP Infrastructure Design Team, you will design, develop, and maintain advanced BI reports and dashboards.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strong understanding in data analytics and business intelligence concepts.
2. Work with business analysts and data scientists to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
3. Build and optimize data models and ETL processes that provide meaningful insights to the business.
4. Create custom visualizations, templates, and themes using BI tools.
5. Develop, maintain, and support BI dashboards and reports for various business stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to identify and fulfill reporting needs.
7. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance automation and reporting capabilities where possible.
8. Troubleshoot and maintain existing BI dashboards.
9. Keep up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in BI tools/trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in developing business intelligence solutions with preferably 2+ experience using one or more BI tools such as Power BI, Sisense, Tableau, Dundas BI, Etc.
2. Expertise in Python programming, Data structure and algorithms
3. Strong background in data analysis, data modelling techniques and data visualization techniques
4. Proficiency in SQL and database management
5. Excellent communication & collaboration skills

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
