Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Silicon Validation Individual contributor to drive end-to-end validation of next-generation ARM-based SoCs. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in silicon bring-up, high-speed peripheral validation, ARM processor IP validation, and system-level debug. The candidate will owning the execution and delivery of silicon validation milestones from first silicon through production release.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall silicon validation strategy, planning, execution, and signoff for assigned SoC programs.
• Develop validation plans, coverage models, regression strategies, and execution metrics.
• Drive silicon bring-up and feature validation for ARM-based SoCs.
• Develop and execute validation tests using bare-metal and Linux environments.
• Debug complex issues spanning silicon, RTL, firmware, drivers, and operating systems.
• Collaborate closely with Architecture, Design, Verification, Software, Product Engineering, and Board teams.
• Drive production readiness, issue tracking, risk assessment, and validation signoff activities.

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of industry experience in silicon validation or SoC validation.
• Strong experience with ARM-based SoC architectures.
• Strong in Embedded and Firmware based application development.
• Hands-on experience validating high-speed peripheral interfaces.
• Experience developing and debugging embedded software in C.
• Strong Linux development and debug experience.
• Experience in scripting and automation using Python, Shell, or similar languages.
• Strong hardware/software debug skills.
