Job Summary :The National Distribution Manager is responsible for driving AMD's Commercial PC and Datacenter business through national distribution partners. This role develops and executes distribution strategies, manages key distributor relationships, drives revenue growth, expands market coverage, and ensures strong execution across the commercial channel. The position works closely with sales, marketing, product teams to accelerate adoption of AMD-powered commercial PCs, workstations, servers, and AI-enabled infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national distribution strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets for AMD's Commercial PC and Datacenter portfolio.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with national distributors, developing joint business plans and driving sales execution.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance through effective demand generation, partner enablement, and channel programs.
- Collaborate with OEM partners, system integrators, VARs, and channel partners to expand AMD's commercial and datacenter business.
- Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, and pipeline management to ensure product availability and forecast accuracy.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to execute launches, channel campaigns, training, and partner engagement initiatives.
- Monitor business performance, competitive landscape, and market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and ensure achievement of key business and operational KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree ; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience managing national distributors and delivering business growth within the IT ecosystem.
- Strong commercial acumen, forecasting, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
