  • Lead and support the planning, implementation, communication, and execution of cyclical HR programs, including performance management, compensation planning, talent planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and management teams to provide guidance on HR programs, talent strategies, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, leadership development, and employee relations matters.
  • Manage project timelines, program structures, stakeholder communications, and key deliverables to ensure successful execution and operational excellence.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance enterprise-wide HR programs, support strategic initiatives, improve employee experiences, and drive continuous process improvement and business outcomes.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Business Partner support, workforce analytics, or program management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience researching, assessing, interpreting, and validating data to drive actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations, summaries, dashboards, and reports.
  • Strong HR operational knowledge and experience supporting talent management, performance management, compensation planning, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, or employee relations initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
  • Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning, process improvement, and delivering exceptional customer service.
