Seeking a technical writer with strong time and project management skills and the ability to work with multiple deadlines and projects. Must be passionate about information structure, content, and delivery. Must work successfully with internal customers to foster positive working relationships among engineering, marketing, and product applications groups. Experience/Education Required:
- 5-8 years of technical writing experience in a high-tech field
- Experience managing multiple writing projects to different deadlines
- Experience working directly with SMEs
- Experience following multiple style/writing guidelines
- BA/BS in English, journalism, technical communication, or a related technical field; a university-issued certificate in technical communication is also acceptable
- Strong writing and editorial skills
- Strong verbal/written communication with global teams across multiple time zones
- Strong organizational skills: project management and status reporting
- Experience with DITA or other XML-based authoring/publication system
- Working knowledge of Git, markdown, and RST.
- Relevant technical background/experience in the semiconductor field
- Working knowledge of Jira and confluence
- Experience with creating API documentation
- Experience with programming with Python
- Experience with using AI in the technical documentation space
- Experience with Visio or other graphics programs
