ServiceNow Sr. Software Developer

THE ROLE: AMD is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and implementing solutions using ServiceNow. They will work closely with our clients and other team members to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the ServiceNow platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, configure, and implement solutions using ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases, new features, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.
• Experience with Agile Methodology and software development.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

•  
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and architecture.
• Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, etc.).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, web services, JDBC, and MID server.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
