THE ROLE:
Senior supply chain and vendor management leader focused on server and AI infrastructure manufacturing partners (ODMs/System Integrators). THE PERSON: The ideal candidate has significant experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and supplier management within server and AI infrastructure environments, with a focus on ODM and system integrator ecosystems. They balance strategic planning with operational execution, managing supplier relationships while supporting new product introduction and high-volume production. The candidate applies data-driven approaches to optimize cost, capacity, and supply continuity, and demonstrates commercial acumen in supplier negotiations and performance management. They collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and program management teams to align priorities and deliver scalable infrastructure solutions. Experience operating within complex, global manufacturing networks and applying structured problem-solving methodologies is important, along with a focus on continuous improvement and operational consistency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage relationships with key system and rack integrator partners, including commercial discussions and framework agreements.
- Develop partnership strategies aligned to business, supply, and operational objectives.
- Support NPI execution from prototype through production, including schedules, milestones, and manufacturing readiness.
- Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, engineering changes, and production transitions.
- Develop capacity and risk buy plans to support demand and supply continuity.
- Identify manufacturing constraints and define mitigation actions, including allocation planning during supply limitations.
- Lead cost improvement initiatives, benchmark manufacturing costs, and optimize total landed cost across MVA, components, logistics, tariffs, warranty, and NRE.
- Partner with Supply Chain Strategy, Commodity Management, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Quality, and Logistics to align priorities.
- Develop supplier risk mitigation and business continuity plans, monitor supply-related and external risks, and assess supplier financial health.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience managing rack-level system integrators.
- Experience with hyperscale cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in data center hardware manufacturing.
- Experience with contract manufacturing and supplier ecosystem management.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- Proven experience in server, cloud infrastructure, or electronics manufacturing.
- Experience managing global ODM partners (e.g., Quanta Computer, Wiwynn, Inventec, Foxconn, Pegatron, Hyve, Flex).
- Strong knowledge of server hardware, AI infrastructure, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with executive-level negotiations and supplier management.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
