The Role

The Webcast Producer plays a key role in delivering timely AMD solutions and technology updates to AMD's Partner Sales teams through live and on-demand video formats. In this role, you'll coordinate closely with teams across AMD BUs, Marketing, and Sales, as well as Partner Sales teams, to plan and execute engaging webcasts that keep our Partner Salespeople equipped to sell AMD first and foremost.

This is a hands-on role focused on the end-to-end production of webcasts, from planning and scheduling to hosting and reporting. It's a great opportunity for someone passionate about technology, organized, confident on camera, and eager to build experience in Sales and Partner enablement, communications, and digital event production.

The Person

You're reliable, organized, and ready to jump in. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with a range of stakeholders—both internal AMDers and external Partners—and juggling multiple tasks at once. You're not expected to know everything on day one, but you're curious, resourceful, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and host live and pre-recorded webcasts for AMD's external Partner Sales audience, with potential to support internal-facing webcasts as needed
  • Maintain a working calendar of upcoming webcasts and ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate logistics, including sending invites, prepping speakers, and managing webcast reminders
  • Set up and manage the webcast platform environment, including uploading content and supporting speakers during sessions
  • Track and collect presentation materials and assist in preparing follow-up content for the audience
  • Support internal and external communications with stakeholders and presenters to ensure agendas are clear and accurate
  • Gather and report on webcast engagement data (e.g., attendance, survey results, participation trends)
  • Develop clear, outcome-based learning objectives aligned to partner enablement goals for each webinar
  • Partnering with our Partner Communications lead, craft persuasive, partner-centric messaging for webinar invites, reminders, and post-event communications to maximize participation and engagement
  • Track and evaluate performance data to identify meaningful KPIs and optimize future webinars

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Experience coordinating webcasts from building and managing the project plan to conducting the webinar to presenting post-webcast metrics
  • Comfortable speaking in front of a camera with strong presentation skills and facilitating virtual meetings
  • Effective organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage time across multiple tasks
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams—including senior leaders and executives—while navigating differing priorities
  • Familiarity with webinar or virtual event tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ON24, Brandlive)
  • Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, PowerPoint, Loop, and Excel, and other productivity tools
  • Experience with video editing software a plus
  • Curiosity about AMD's products and an interest in technology is a bonus
