Job Summary Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking for a Service Supervisor located in Bielsko-Biala, Poland.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and developing the Service function while initially taking an active hands-on role in the delivery of field service activities. You will execute service work in accordance with Anord Mardix standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures, ensuring a first-time-right approach and an exceptional customer experience.
As the Service Leader, you will lead by example, building strong customer relationships, coordinating service operations, and driving continuous improvement across the service organization. You will demonstrate a high level of ownership, responsiveness, and customer focus, balancing operational execution with the strategic development of the service business.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Lead and develop the Service function, initially taking a hands-on role in field service activities, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Manage customer complaints, warranty claims, and service interventions, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Initially participate and then coordinate and execute installation, commissioning, maintenance, inspections, repairs, and product acceptance activities at customer sites.
- Support factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), start-ups, and on-site project execution in close collaboration with customers and the Anord Mardix EMEA Service organization.
- As the business grows, recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Service Engineers to support expanding service operations.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Project Management, Sales, and the EMEA Service organization to ensure successful project delivery and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company health & safety, quality, and operational procedures during all service activities.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
- Strong electrical engineering background with a solid understanding of power distribution systems.
- Proven hands-on experience in field service, commissioning, installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems.
- Experience managing customer issues, warranty claims, and on-site service interventions.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Poland and Internationally.
- English and Polish, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience managing or developing a team of service engineers or technicians.
- Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Experience in data center, critical power, switchgear, power distribution, or industrial electrical environments.
