We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative at our Downsview, ON location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Inside Sales responsibilities and build ongoing relationships with customers
Selection and conversion of mechanical, hydraulic, and fluid conveyance components
Assisting with sourcing difficult to find products, and helping improve lead times
Providing product identification, product interchanges and crossovers
Maintaining up to date knowledge of the company's service offerings
Prospecting for new customers and demonstrate product benefits
Ensuring accurate, timely order processing through the computerized order processing system
Maintain up to date knowledge of company's product and service offerings
Maintain and encourage respectful and diplomatic relationships across the company
Take personal responsibility for maintaining training requirements and professional development
Perform other duties as assigned
Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following qualifications:
•2 or more years of experience in customer service and/or sales
Recent completion of a Technical Degree, Diploma or Certificate
•Self-motivated
•Enthusiastic and exhibits a positive attitude and desire to succeed
•Interest in customer satisfaction and desire to provide excellent service always
•Ability to multitask in a busy office environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
•Attention to detail
•Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
•Analytical and problem-solving capability
•Computer literacy with focus on Word and Excel
•SAP experience would be an asset
