It starts from the moment the guest walks in the door, making them feel warm, welcomed and refreshed. You then proceed to delight them by providing exceptional hospitality by treating them like a guest in your home. Attentive service is just the beginning. We're passionate about our food and providing an exceptional experience by serving, refreshing and delighting each and every guest.

Candidates should exhibit the following behaviors:

Team Members work a variety of positions: accurately taking and collecting orders, suggestive selling, delivering orders to guests, preparing food, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant. Team Members must be able to stand for the duration of their shifts and be able to lift 25 to 40 pounds. The position requires the use of motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists. Team Members must listen to guests, coworkers, and supervisors, in person and over loudspeakers and/or a headset. They must also read receipts, screens, manuals, and printed directions.
