We are looking for experienced Cyber Security Engineers to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program will deliver engineering services for network infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflow that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. Network infrastructure engineering services are comprised of core infrastructure, voice and video engineering, field engineering, application management and development for networks, network analytics, firewalls, network access controls and bandwidth service delivery. This is a fast paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience to recruit and develop provide top talent and solutions on one of the most complex and high-profile programs within the government.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
We are actively seeking a Cyber Security System Engineer (ISSE) with a minimum of eleven (11) years' experience. Bachelor's or Master's Degrees are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following:

Duties and requirements may include but are not limited to:

  • Support cyber vulnerabilities, including comprehensive assessment and / or evaluation of information systems policies, technical/non-technical security components, documentation, supplemental safeguards, policies, and vulnerabilities.
  • Demonstrate an ability to conduct system security scans.
  • Conduct system security scans.
  • The point of contact for all monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution of various components
  • Can work independently and possess an aptitude for getting things done.
  • Providing a high quality, secure, and resilient infrastructure that supports the customers business needs.
  • Performing script verification checks, reviewing event logs, reviewing back logs, training and documentation maintenance
  • Providing tier 3 and tier 4 technical support and leadership in a complex, mission critical Windows based environment

Required skills:
  • Server 2019
  • Ability to self-learn, act of own initiative, and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to acquire information for resolving controls and POAMs and upload artifacts to A&A systems.
  • Ability to communicate proficiently with ISSEs and/or ISSMs on project A&A systems.
  • Proven trouble shooting skills.
  • Knowledgeable in multiple current technology areas, including client (thick and thin) and server computer operating systems, networking hardware, protocols and administration and systems integration across multi-tiered highly secured IT environments.
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Systems Configuration Manager (SCCM and MECM), MDT and OSD deployment methods
  • Ability to communicate proficiently with ISSEs and /or ISSMs on project A&A activities.
  • Windows 10
  • Experience with server and software upgrades VMWare (ESXI, vCenter, vSphere)
  • Experience with configuration and maintenance of Virtual Networking
  • Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with Service Now
  • Knowledge of remote access and application delivery technologies
  • Familiar with accreditation process
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • VMWare: Core VCF, NSX, AVI, End User Computing (EUC), UAG, Horizon Operations and Automation
  • Azure
  • Knowledge of Linux administration/troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of how to use and deploy PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of how to use and deploy MECM.
  • Knowledge of how to use and deploy thin clients.
  • Knowledge of how to use and deploy WSUS.
  • Inventory management
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Active Directory including software deployment and administration of Group Policy (GPOS)
  • Deploying/managing servers in AWS environment backup systems such as Dell avamar


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
