Excellent opportunity for a dynamic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Our Occupational Medicine Provider will perform baseline and annual physical exams, evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions, infectious and hazardous material exposures. Our PA will also implement and support an ongoing wellness program for Phoenix Fire Department, Phoenix Police Specialty Units and outlying fire departments.
- DEA with prescriptive authority, NCCPA, current AZ license, and ACLS required
- 3 years' experience required; in occupational medicine, urgent care or orthopedics preferred
- Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations required
- Ability to read and interpret treadmill exercise stress tests a plus.
