Duties include overseeing reconciliation of account balances, treasury management, and month-end close procedures. Responsibilities: Daily Cash Management & Reconciliation Short term cash forecasting Support ABL compliance and review ineligibles for improvement opportunities Support Credit processes in peak periods Consolidation and elimination adjustments Maintain compliance with internal controls Ensure reconciliations and reviews are performed timely company-wide Assist in year-end audit by preparing and reviewing audit schedules and working with auditors Responsible for routine variance analysis Backup for Broker reconciliation role Process improvement Month-end close entries Projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (MAcc or MBA a plus) At least 2 years accounting experience Experience with grain or other commodity companies a plus Public accounting experience a plus Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with teams across multiple locations and countries Strong attention to detail and accuracy Very high moral values and professional work ethic Deadline-oriented Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Analytical problem solver Here are some of the physical requirements for this role: This job is not physically strenuous.
