Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform those supervisory duties which ensure that the work functions of the group are accomplished in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Exercise independent judgement regarding the priority of work / tasks, assignment of work, and the manner in which work is to be performed by the group.
- Set consistent objectives/goals for the group
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned, which may include packaging finished goods, material handling, warehouse cleanup and organization, etc.
- Maintain company values and commitment to quality and safety
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds
- Communicates ideas and facts in a professional manner to all stakeholders
- Regularly perform repetitive tasks and sit or stand for long periods of time
- Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
- Adhere to the company's process to clearly document any as‐built changes
- Maintain accurate accounting of project materials and report any discrepancies appropriately
- Rework and/or repair equipment and products as instructed
Qualifications/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Self‐motivated, self‐directed, with a team player spirit
- Strong leadership skills
In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is [$27.00 - $30.00]/hr depending on experience, including potential bonus opportunities. Bonus amounts can be tied to company, location and/or individual performance, but no specific amount is guaranteed.
