Description

Duties/Responsibilities 

  • Perform those supervisory duties which ensure that the work functions of the group are accomplished in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Exercise independent judgement regarding the priority of work / tasks, assignment of work, and the manner in which work is to be performed by the group.
  • Set consistent objectives/goals for the group
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned, which may include packaging finished goods, material handling, warehouse cleanup and organization, etc.
  • Maintain company values and commitment to quality and safety
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds
  • Communicates ideas and facts in a professional manner to all stakeholders
  • Regularly perform repetitive tasks and sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
  • Adhere to the company's process to clearly document any as‐built changes 
  • Maintain accurate accounting of project materials and report any discrepancies appropriately 
  • Rework and/or repair equipment and products as instructed

Qualifications/Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Self‐motivated, self‐directed, with a team player spirit
  • Strong leadership skills

In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is [$27.00 - $30.00]/hr depending on experience, including potential bonus opportunities. Bonus amounts can be tied to company, location and/or individual performance, but no specific amount is guaranteed. All full-time associates are eligible for typical employment benefits expected from an industry leader (including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, life insurance, time off, employee assistance, etc.).
