About the Role
Join us as an Event Project Manager (EPM) where you'll elevate the planning and execution of unforgettable meetings and events! You'll be the go-to partner for clients, ensuring every detail aligns with their vision while juggling contracts and vendor negotiations like a pro. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love building strong relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you to shine!

You're Good At

  • Managing multiple client projects while ensuring top-notch service and support.
  • Contract negotiation and sourcing to secure the best venues and suppliers.
  • Communicating budgetary details and ensuring thorough documentation throughout the planning process.
  • Providing expert consultation on event procedures, from logistics to best practices.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and suppliers alike.

You Might Also Have

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the meetings industry.
  • At least three years of experience in planning and executing corporate meetings and events.
  • Strong client management skills, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with internal functional partners and their services.
  • A creative mindset for problem-solving and innovative event ideas.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of EPM Event Manager  is between $55,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
