We are seeking a Junior Platform Systems Administrator to provide high-quality IT support across a multi-region environment, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South America. This role will support both day-to-day end-user needs and executive-level requests, with a strong focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive, service-oriented IT professional who is comfortable supporting a broad range of hardware, software, mobile, and collaboration technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support for users across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South America. • Deliver white-glove support for Senior Executives with professionalism and urgency. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues for Windows and Mac environments. • Support laptops, desktops, mobile phones, tablets, Apple Mac devices, and related peripherals. • Handle onboarding activities for new hires, including equipment preparation, account readiness, and initial setup. • Manage incoming requests for new mobile device orders and coordinate with regional carriers as defined by BMC. • Serve as a key point of contact for mobile services, including contracts, usage tracking, device refreshes, and renewals. • Assist with desktop and Mac imaging activities. • Support unified communications tools, including video conferencing and VoIP platforms. • Maintain accurate operational data and contribute to dashboard creation and reporting related to mobile services and asset management. • Participate in on-call support duties for Executive support as needed. • Collaborate with team members across multiple geographic locations to improve support processes and user experience. Required Qualifications • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or in a customer-facing technical support role. • Experience supporting high-priority users. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus. • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to resolve end-user issues in a timely and professional manner. • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure or stressful end-user situations. • Self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment. • Strong team player who actively shares ideas and contributes to process improvement across multi-geo teams.
Technical Skills and Experience Experience supporting and administering the following technologies is preferred: • Operating Systems / Endpoints: Windows 11, macOS, Apple devices • Productivity / Collaboration Tools: Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Zoom • Security Tools: McAfee, antivirus solutions, BitLocker, encryption technologies, CrowdStrike • Identity / Access Management: Active Directory, including user administration, server administration, and permissions management • Device Management: JAMF, AirWatch / MDM platforms • Infrastructure / Support Tools: Network printers, VoIP systems, video conferencing platforms • Virtual Environments: AWS VDI / virtual desktop environments • Imaging / Deployment: Desktop and MacBook imaging
Preferred Qualifications • ITIL Foundation  • Experience with asset, mobile, or service data management and reporting •Experience creating dashboards or presenting operational data CA-DNP
