This team is a responsible for BMC's enterprise Digital Service Operations Management (DSOM) platform (ITSM and ITOM) and applications, a leader in its domain. Many large enterprise use these product for their IT services. 

Team/BU Description:

This team is a responsible for BMC's enterprise Digital Service Operations Management (DSOM) platform (ITSM and ITOM) and applications, a leader in its domain. Many large enterprise use these product for their IT services. 

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• End to end ownership for product integration validation, bug validations – validate real world use cases
• Interact with Product Management / Architects / Team Members to understand the scope of new requirements
• Build custom workflow to simulate customer use cases
• Work with geographically diverse cross-functional teams to coordinate the development work
• Work on customer issue resolution and proactive problem solving

Qualification:

• 10 to 12 years of experience in Helix Workflow development (ITOM; ITSM)
• Experience in BMC Remedy Application development is must
• Strong knowhow of functional and design aspects of the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite is a must
• Experience with BMC DSOM products like AIOps, LOB, DWP, Helix platform, HSSO, is preferable
• Experience in debugging enterprise software products
• DSOM Product knowledge is a plus
• Experience of developing/accessing Web Services including good knowledge of SOAP & REST protocols, Web development using Java-script/Jason will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of troubleshooting multi-layered application is required
• Excellent communication skills and experience in working with remote teams

Nice to Have:

• Automation Framework experience using Selenium / TestNG is a plus. 
• DevOps fundamental's knowledge is a plus
