We're looking for a skilled and proactive Social Media Content Producer to lead our brand's global social program. This person will lead strategic planning, a growing social evangelism program, publishing, community engagement, content creation, and reporting across our social channels.
The ideal candidate is a strong & polished communicator, has a sharp understanding of social media trends, and can maintain brand voice while driving meaningful engagement. Technical writing ability and experience with video production/editing as well as an understanding of paid social are strong advantages.
Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to Helix's success—and your own: Content Management & Publishing • Develop, schedule, and publish content across core social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) + on behalf of key executives in Helix leadership • Write clear, on brand copy tailored to each platform and audience. • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to source assets and approve content. • Maintain an organized social calendar and adjust posting schedules as needed.
Community Engagement • Monitor social channels daily for comments, messages, and brand mentions. • Respond to audience interactions in a timely, brand appropriate manner. • Flag emerging issues or opportunities for real time engagement.
Strategy & Optimization • Execute ongoing platform strategies to grow reach, engagement, and follower quality. • Identify trends, cultural moments, and platform updates that present opportunities for the brand. • Optimize content based on performance insights and best practices.
Analytics & Reporting • Track key metrics across platforms and deliver weekly or monthly performance reports. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve content, engagement, and campaign effectiveness. • Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks.
Paid Social Support • Assist with boosting organic posts and supporting paid campaign trafficking. • Coordinate with media teams on audience targeting, creative needs, and performance tracking. • Review technical specifications and ensure ads meet platform requirements.
To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: Core Qualifications • 5+ years experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy. • Strong writing and editing skills, including technical or product focused copy. • Proven experience managing multiple social platforms for a brand or organization. • Solid understanding of platform best practices, algorithms, and emerging trends. • Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Sprinklr, or native platforms). • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly.
Preferred Qualifications • Strong experience in social‑first video production, including short‑form formats native to TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and other emerging platforms. • Experience supporting or executing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). • Ability to interpret social analytics and turn insights into actionable recommendations. • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.). • Experience in B2C/B2B/tech (Software/SaaS preferred). • Comfortable working cross functionally with marketing, creative, and leadership teams.
Soft Skills • Detail oriented, organized, and proactive. • Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand voice and storytelling. • Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities. • Polished communicator capable of strategic collaboration with executive leadership
